Cash deposit – Insert your daily takings into the Smart Safe.
Automatic counting – The device scans and verifies the deposited amount.
Instant posting – Deposited money is immediately credited to your account.
Security – Funds remain safe until the transport service collects them.
Who is it for?
Smart safe is an ideal solution for retail stores, restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, shopping centers, and all businesses that handle cash and require a fast and secure deposit process.
Instructions for using the smart safe device
Self-service device for depositing daily takings.
Step 1: Logging into the device
Insert the business bank card into the designated slot.
Select the account number to which you want to deposit funds and press "Continue."
After successful identification, the device will return your card - take it.
Step 2: Depositing banknotes
Select the "Deposit Banknotes" option.
Insert neatly stacked banknotes into the designated slot, ensuring there are no: paper clips, payment slips, coins, or other foreign objects.
Press "Start Counting".
When the machine has counted the banknotes, you have two options:
1. "Add more banknotes" - if you wish to continue depositing.
2. "Confirm Deposit" - if you have finished depositing banknotes.

Note
The maximum number of banknotes per deposit is 200. If you have more, you will need to make multiple deposits. If the device returns some banknotes, rearrange them and insert them again.Step 3: Depositing coins
If you have coins, select the "Deposit Coins" option.
Place the coins in the designated slot and press "Start Counting".
If you wish to add more coins, press "Add Coins."

If the device returns some coins, insert them again and restart the counting process.Step 4: Completing the transaction
Once you finish depositing banknotes and/or coins, press "Log Out."
Within a few minutes, the funds will be credited to your account.
Take your deposit receipt (slip) – it contains details of the deposited amount.
